practical shopping bag

Shopping bags made of fabric can be seen on the street a lot, but a large part of them are not always practical. Often the bags have a thin fabric, short handles or do not hold much.

In cooperation with the Children’s Safety Centre, we started to plan a shopping bag that would be practical for shopping. We chose a Stanley/Stella bag that has a wide bottom, a comfortable handle length, can withstand heavier goods and fits in a handbag when packed. While the fabric of thinner shopping bags can be between 120-160g, the fabric of this bag is 300g, of which 20% is recycled polyester. The polyester content makes the cotton shopping bag more durable!

We chose a beautiful shade of Mid Night Blue for the bag, which we printed with thicker white colors that would withstand carrying heavier goods. The design was designed by the young people of the Tallinn Children’s Safety Centre.
