Marius-Guy Allik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Creative Project Manager<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Marius-Guy has been working in print personalization and graphic design as a creative project manager for over 10 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He highly values design, products, and typography that are unique, clean, ethical, and functional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n From the very beginning, when he started as a print master, he instinctively redefined the construction of prints because it just seemed more beautiful and right to him. <\/p>\n\n\n\n He recalls that back then, sustainable thinking was not common, and there were only a few clients who would ask if there was paper that looked environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Marius has always been inspired by paper prints, clothing design, and environmentally conscious production, and lately, he has been wholeheartedly dedicated to sustainable space design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He notices details, understands goals, loves to create, and leads with his heart.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Aili Pai<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Graphic & Space Designer<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Aili loves to paint, often capturing vanishing nature on canvas. This passion is part of her calling to design interior elements from recycled materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As a graphic designer, she enjoys following trends and applying a minimalist approach. Combined with her constant self-improvement, this helps her create aesthetically modern and impactful visuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Aili is fully dedicated to sustainable design and enjoys challenges that make her artistic journey excitingly diverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Her source of inspiration is life itself, offering endless forms, colors, textures, patterns, emotions, experiences, stories, and much more to express artistically.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Helina<\/strong> Allik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Fashion designer, stylist<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Helina is fascinated by Estonian design: be it pattern or tone-on-tone fabrics, or interesting designer clothes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She is the one who helps us select quality products, always taking the specificities of the materials and seasonal trends into account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Helina ensures that the garments we print on are skin-friendly, based on high-quality patterns and ethically manufactured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She also works as a hair stylist, designs beautiful dresses and manages a small homewear company called \u00d5dus (\u2018Cosy\u2019).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n Maarja Sein<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Photographer, partner<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Maarja has always loved to capture beautiful moments around her. Her journey as a photographer began when her family gifted her an SLR camera and a photography course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She likes to capture sincere and simple moments that others might not notice. Her portfolio includes photos of various products, events, people, nature and times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Maarja is a warm person who is easy to communicate with.
